1. Services Overview
LifeMaxGrow provides structured personal growth learning programs designed to enhance individual development. Our offerings include live coaching sessions, access to digital learning modules, and personalized growth plans.
2. Information Products
Our digital learning modules and related materials are considered information products. Upon purchase, users gain immediate access to the content. Due to the digital nature and instant delivery, all sales of information products are final and non-refundable.
3. Physical Goods
If you purchase any physical goods through LifeMaxGrow, these are subject to separate terms. Returns of physical goods are accepted only if the items are defective or damaged during shipping. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact form within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds for physical goods, when applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Services
Our live coaching sessions and personalized growth plans represent our service offerings. If you wish to reschedule a service session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via contact form. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled, and fees will not be refunded.
4.1 Refund Policy for Services
Refunds for services are generally not provided once a session is attended or materials have been accessed, due to the personalized and immediate nature of the offerings. However, if a session is cancelled by LifeMaxGrow, clients will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation.

To request a refund, please submit your claim via our contact form with your order details and reason for refund. Our team will evaluate your request in accordance with the policies detailed above and respond within 5 business days.
